New Office Building & Warehouse – East End Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc.

In 2019, East End Plumbing & Mechanical, Inc. decided to upgrade to a new facility. Due to a great working relationship over the past decade, R.A. Glancy was asked to submit a price to build East Ends new headquarters and warehouse facility. Site work began in the summer of 2019. The extensive amount dirt moving was a huge undertaking, however the professionals at R.A. Glancy were able to work hand in hand with the township and EPA to develop a full erosion control plan. The civil engineering for the project was incredibly important due to the proximity to an adjacent hillside. As construction progressed R.A. Glancy self-performed all foundations and site concrete.

This beautifully designed structure will have some incredible architectural flair with a mezzanine overlooking the office area, exposed mechanical elements in the ceilings and polished concrete floors.
