Capital Improvements – Wildwood Gold Club

The extent of these renovations included demo of existing walls, all floors to subgrade, existing windows, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing. RAG then worked with their team of contractors to build a new facility that will more closely fit the needs of Wildwood Country Clubs. The cabana was fitted with a custom electric fireplace with stone accent floor to ceiling. To make the cabana more accommodating to guests, bench seating/storage installed in the lounge area as well as a kitchenette.

At the paddle ball court, RA Glancy stripped the existing topsoil and placed over a hundred 12” caissons for paddleball courts. These caissons will help to support the new courts that will be fully equipped with natural gas heaters to keep the courts dry in the winter after snow or ice.
The upgrades to this facility will be enjoyed by the country club for decades to come.
