The Cranberry EMS building started in April of 2013. The project progressed ahead of schedule with an aggressive timetable to get the local EMS workers into their new building just before the holidays 2013. The new state of the art facility houses 4 garages for emergency medical vehicles, administration offices, and a fully equipped housing suite on the top floor with 4 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room and media room. R.A. Glancy self-performed about 35% of the work.

The North Fayette Community Center was a multi-prime contract to build a brand new, two level, 11,000 square foot community center. Opening their doors on June 9, 2016, this state-of-the-art Building offers an indoor walking track, a full-size gymnasium, small and large banquet facilities, children’s play area, fitness center, and much more.

The Richland Township Municipal building was a ground up, new one-story, 12,670 square-foot facility. The facility serves the community in many facets including a meeting area for community groups as well as local veterans’ organizations. This steel structure entailed working out new infrastructure routes, extensive excavation, geo-thermal wells, and thoughtful green building elements that give this distinctive structure its character.
